How Our Storage and Industrial Applications Operate

We will take a brief from clients to discover the intended use of the proposed structure. From this information we are able to propose a solution that will best meet this need, and help a client achieve their business objective.

Once we have agreed on the most suitable type of structure, we will discuss the most cost-effective solution. This could be a hire period for one of our structures, or a purchasing solution for structures that would be required for a lengthy time period.

The proposal will include full costing and a build date for the client to review, and once our customer is happy we can begin the build.

Buy or Rent

A client may decide to either rent or buy our structures dependant on how long they will require the structure, the versatility of the structure in relation to the business need, if it may be used for another purpose at a later date, and their cash flow.

For long-term hire usage, it may be more cost-effective to purchase the structure, especially if it could be used as another solution at a later date. However, it is also worth considering that the rent paid on a temporary structure is allowable in reducing a company’s tax liability in the financial year.
