Do you need planning permission?

How do I obtain planning permission?
Permission is available through your local authority and will take between to 2 to 5 weeks. Snowdens Storage Solutions are happy to help with documentation.
Hard-sided structures
The frame is made of aluminium and comes with a ten-year guarantee. and steel cladding on hard-sided structures, and the roof skin is made of a hardwearing PVC coated Polyester fabric. Insulated sides and double skin roofs are available on request.
Soft-sided structures
The sidewalls are made of PVC and roof skins are made of hardwearing PVC coated polyester fabric.
What roof skins do you offer on hard-sided structures?
Single or double roof skins can be provided. Double roof skins deliver improved insulation.
What types of doors are available?
The types of doors available vary, depending on the type of structure and it’s intended use. These include; sliding doors, roller shutter doors, electric roller shutters, pedestrian doors and emergency exit doors. Other door options are available on request.
How soon can you erect the structure?
In an emergency situation we can begin the build with 48 hours of receipt of your order, dependant upon labour and stock availability. However, normal delivery is approximately within 28 days from receipt of order.
What kind of ground surface is suitable to build on?
Our structures can be built on most surfaces, using various anchorage methods to suit different sites.
What are the running costs like?
Similar to that of a conventional building
